- “Spins like a top, strike when he stops!”
- —Game description
Mohawk Cyclopses are small, green Cyclops in Skylanders: Giants, first introduced in Cutthroat Carnival. They share an identical attack pattern with Cyclops Choppers from Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure and effectively serve as their replacement. Mohawk Cyclopses will run up to the Skylanders and start spinning rapidly, shielding themselves from attacks and projectiles. Once they stop spinning, they become dizzy, leaving them vulnerable to attacks. If they hit a Skylander while spinning, they pause to perform a triumphant animation before resuming their assault. They also have armored variants called Armored Mohawks.

Trivia
- In Empire of Ice in Skylanders: Giants, they serve as replacements for the Furyclopses.
- In early versions of Giants, Mohawk Cyclopses had a number of alternate descriptions, including "More deadly with a mohawk" and "Invulnerable while spinning."[1]
- The unique sound heard from them while they attack, (spin) is known as an "Eerie Moan". Sometimes before they start attacking, they make simple sounds like "Aha!" or "Haiya!"
- A new enemy with similar attack moves would later appear in the next game Skylanders: Swap-Force, called a Pirate Slamspin or a Greeble Slamspin.
- An armored version of these cyclopses also appear in Skylanders Giants called Armored Mohawks.
- In Skylanders Giants one particular Mohawk Cyclops named Quick Draw is guarding a gate with a key behind it, in Molekin Mountain. Unlike the rest, he seems to have a good side, as he will let the Skylander have his key for the gate to get a bomb, if they beat him at Skystones. However, refusing to play with him, will cause him to refuse to give you the key.
- Another particular Mohawk Cyclops named Pipsqueak is encountered at the arena in Molekin Mountain. Although he is always on a bad side, unlike the rest, he is shown to be very cowardly and paranoid. He is also sensitive to pain, and he can be always heard saying "Ouch, ow, owie!" if he's hit. At the end of the battle, he can be seen running out of the arena screaming in fear.
- Pipsqueak also appears in the Skaletones Showdown sequence in Trap Team. He is the only Mohawk Cyclops to be seen in Trap Team.
