Trivia
- Their element is shown to be Water instead of Life.
- Surprisingly, Kaos finds Armored Chompies adorable.[1]
- In Skylanders: SuperChargers, there is an Armored Chompy Skystone. It can only be unlocked when you place a Trap containing a Chompy villain on the portal.
- This is possibly related to the Capturable Armored Chompy villain originally intended to be in Skylanders: Trap-Team, as seen in the villain Chompy’s filename.
- In Skylanders: Battlecast, the Armored Chompy are of the Earth Element like regular Chompies, rather than the Water Element, as they are seen in Skylanders: Giants, Skylanders: Trap-Team, and Skylanders: SuperChargers.
- This is likely due to them being part of Golden Queen's army, whom is of the Earth Element.
- Chompy Powerhouses bear a small resemblance to Armored Chompies.
